Offer a used or surplus gas turbine.

Offer a used or surplus gas turbine or generating package you own or are authorized to offer. SecondWatt reviews it privately for sourcing opportunities.

Tell us about the turbine or generating package you own or are authorized to offer. Share the model, configuration, condition, location and expected availability so SecondWatt can review the opportunity. Submit turbine details · Explore sourcing partnerships

Engine or Complete Package

Say whether you are offering the gas turbine engine alone or a complete generating package. A package usually includes the generator, controls and auxiliary systems. An engine alone does not, and buyers evaluate the two differently. Give the exact model and variant if you know it. List what comes with the unit: generator, control system, enclosure, inlet and exhaust systems, fuel and lube skids, and any spare parts or tooling.

What Happens After You Submit

Share what you know: model, condition, location, availability and any records. “Not sure” is an accepted answer, and an asking price is optional. The team reviews the submission privately and may ask follow-up questions. A review does not confirm availability, inspect the equipment or approve any price. If a buyer requirement fits, we ask you before making any introduction. A submission does not guarantee a buyer or a completed sale.

Privacy and Introductions

Submitting equipment creates a record for SecondWatt’s sourcing process. It does not create a public equipment listing. No unit page, photo, serial number, price or location is published. Your identity is shared only with a buyer you approve an introduction to. SecondWatt staff and the service providers that operate our systems may access the information needed to review your submission; see the Privacy Policy.

Details That Help Us Review a Turbine

  • Manufacturer, model and variant, where known; nameplate photograph; engine only or complete package
  • Operating hours and starts with the date read; maintenance and overhaul records, where available; last inspection or borescope report, if any
  • Installed, dismantled or stored; general location and removal scope; expected release date

Model Research

Specifications and model-level pricing evidence stay on the public dossiers: GE LM2500, GE LM6000, Siemens SGT-800 and all gas turbines.

Seller Questions

Does my turbine need to match a model page on this site? No. Unmatched models go to internal review and do not create a public page. Do I need an asking price or full service history? No; we ask for detailed records later if there is a fit. I represent the owner. Can I submit? Yes, if you are authorized to offer the equipment.
