Offer used or surplus switchgear through SecondWatt.

Offer medium- or low-voltage switchgear you own or are authorized to offer. SecondWatt reviews submissions privately for sourcing opportunities.

Have medium- or low-voltage switchgear to offer? Share the manufacturer, equipment identification, ratings, configuration and available records. SecondWatt reviews submissions privately and may contact you to clarify the equipment or discuss a potential buyer introduction. Submit switchgear details · Become a sourcing partner

Submitting equipment creates a private record for SecondWatt’s sourcing process. It does not create a public listing or guarantee a buyer, an introduction or a completed sale.

Sell Medium Voltage Switchgear

Send the manufacturer, model or type, and a photograph of each nameplate. Give the voltage, continuous-current and interrupting or short-circuit ratings exactly as labelled. The team reviews the submission privately and asks follow-up questions before any buyer conversation.

Low-Voltage Switchgear

Tell us the configuration: number of sections, main and feeder breakers, breaker type and whether breakers are draw-out or fixed, plus which drawings, one-lines and maintenance records you still have.

What Is Included

Complete lineups, individual sections, breakers, protection relays, controls and accessories.

Information That Helps

  • Manufacturer, model or type, quantity and nameplate photographs
  • Voltage, continuous-current rating, interrupting or short-circuit rating as labelled, and frequency
  • Equipment condition

Ratings are read from the nameplate, never inferred from a model name, and unlike ratings are not treated as interchangeable. “Not sure” is an accepted answer.

Records and Removal

Drawings, test and maintenance records where available; installed, removed or in storage; general location and removal constraints.

Private Review and Introductions

Submit, then review and clarification, then a possible introduction that happens only with your approval.

Model Research

Specifications stay on the public switchgear pages, for example Eaton Magnum DS and ABB UniGear ZS1. See also specifying a used MV switchgear lineup.
