Procurement questions for an existing or expanding site

For an existing property, request the electrical interface requirements, retained equipment information and the owner’s acceptance criteria. If the project changes the permitted use or intended operating duty, ask the project team to identify the conditions the equipment package must meet before seeking a model match.
For an expansion, distinguish the operator’s commercial plan from documented electrical service and installation milestones. Ask which parts of the package can be inspected and accepted before delivery and which must be demonstrated after installation.
A national infrastructure announcement should enter the Paris project record only when its location, phase and relevance are established. Do not attach a France-wide power or investment total to the Paris market because the project has a French counterparty.
